BROKERAGE FEES & COMMISSIONS
– Brokerage fees are as agreed in writing prior to any transaction
– Standard agency commission in Dubai is 2% of the property purchase price
– For off-plan properties commissions are typically paid by the developer
– All fees are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE VAT regulations
– No fees are payable until a formal agreement is signed
DEVELOPER & OFF-PLAN PROJECTS
ARDON Premium Properties works as an authorised selling agent for various Dubai developers. Please note:
– Off-plan project details are subject to developer approval and regulatory clearance
– Handover dates are estimates provided by developers and may be subject to change
– Payment plans are subject to developer terms and conditions
– ARDON is not liable for any delays or changes made by developers
– All off-plan purchases are governed by RERA regulations and the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA)
